Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead hands-on maintenance across multiple apartment communities. The role requires daily travel, supervising staff, and mentoring team members while ensuring cost-effective practices and timely, quality repairs.

You will assist in budgeting, vendor management, and coordinating in-house projects, with emphasis on safety and compliance across LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and installation experience (3+ years).
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint; Real Page Onesite.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; familiarity with LIHTC/HOME/Section 8 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, manage vendors and capital projects, and standardize processes across sites.
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards and timely handling of resident maintenance issues.
• Travel daily with overnight stays as necessary.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections for properties within region.
• Assist with maintenance budgets and capital projects, and interview prospective maintenance staff.
