Job summary

JES Holdings, including Fairway Management, seeks a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead and train maintenance teams across multiple properties in the Greater Atlanta region. The role requires hands-on work, daily travel between properties, and quarterly inspections to sustain operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in maintenance with supervision, EPA 608 certification, HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience, and strong skills in budgeting, vendor management, and safety

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting/installation experience (3+ years).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint and Real Page Onesite.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; knowledge of building trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, manage vendors and capital projects, and standardize processes across all sites.
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards; address resident maintenance issues promptly.
• Travel daily with overnight stays as needed.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections within the region.
• Lead hands-on maintenance work and mentor staff across the region.
• Assist in budgeting and capital projects; hire and train maintenance staff.
• Maintain safety, security, and compliance across properties.
