Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to support maintenance operations across multiple sites, balancing hands-on work with regional leadership responsibilities.

This in-person role requires daily travel between properties, training staff, managing budgets, and overseeing capital projects to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to housing program standards across LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 environments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Must have a minimum of 6+ years of maintenance experience within the field with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and working knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and installation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Real Page Onesite.
• Skills include carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical, appliance repair, machine repair, painting and janitorial; knowledge of building trades.
• Able to read blueprints and schematics and use common hand and power tools.
• Deep understanding of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 Compliance as well as budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, manage vendors and capital projects, and standardize processes across all sites.
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards, addressing resident maintenance issues promptly.
• Travel daily with overnight stays as necessary.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections for properties within region.
• Lead region-wide quarterly training for maintenance staff.
• Maintain systems for tracking work orders, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and inventories.
