Job summary

JES Holdings’ Fairway Management division seeks a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site maintenance across multiple properties. The role combines hands-on work with regional leadership, coaching staff, and budgeting responsibilities.

The position requires extensive travel within the region, and prior supervisory HVAC experience, EPA 608 certification, and proficiency with Real Page Onesite and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Minimum 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience (3+ years).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint; Real Page Onesite.
• Carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical, appliance repair, machine repair, painting and janitorial; building trades knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Familiar with LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 Compliance and budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, manage vendors and capital projects, and standardize processes across sites.
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards; resolve resident maintenance issues promptly.
• Travel daily with overnight stays as necessary.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections within region.
• Assist with maintenance budgets and hiring/training of on-site technicians.
• Lead region-wide quarterly training for maintenance staff.
• Maintain systems for tracking work orders, preventive maintenance, supplies, and readies.
• Ensure safety and security; lift up to 55 lb; work in attics/crawl spaces; outdoor in all weather.
• Assist with capital projects and vendor relationships; interview maintenance candidates when needed.
