Job summary

Fairway Management, a division of JES Holdings, seeks a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across multiple properties with daily travel and hands-on work. The role includes training staff, managing vendors, and assisting with budgets and capital projects.

You will supervise facilities, ensure safety, and coordinate with regional and property managers to maintain high service standards across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting with 3+ years experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Real Page Onesite.
• Able to perform carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical, appliance repair, machine repair, painting and janitorial tasks.
• Able to read blueprints and schematics.
• Familiar with LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 Compliance and budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, manage vendors and capital projects, and standardize processes across all sites.
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards. Work with maintenance staff to ensure timely response to resident issues.
• Travel daily with overnight stays as necessary.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections for properties within region.
• Lead region wide quarterly training for maintenance staff.
• Maintain systems for monitoring and tracking work orders, preventive maintenance, and inventories.
