Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead hands-on maintenance across multiple sites, provide training, and ensure cost-effective practices. The role requires daily travel among properties and quarterly inspections to maintain operational excellence.

You will assist with budgets, lead in-house projects, and conduct interviews for maintenance staff while ensuring safety and compliance across LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Minimum 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting/installation experience (3+ years).
• Proficient in MS Word/Outlook/Teams/Excel/PowerPoint and Real Page Onesite.
• Hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical, appliance repair, machine repair, painting, janitorial work.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; familiarity with building trades.
• Deep understanding of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance and budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites within the region and standardize processes.
• Develop training programs and mentor maintenance staff.
• Assist with maintenance budgets and capital projects.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections and maintain preventive maintenance logs.
• Travel daily between properties and cover on-call responsibilities as needed.
• Hire, train, and develop on-site technicians per policy.
