Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee hands-on maintenance across multiple sites in Greater Atlanta and North Western Georgia. This full-time role requires daily travel between properties, training staff, and coordinating regional maintenance activities.

You will assist in budgeting, manage capital projects, and ensure safety standards while leading quarterly trainings and maintaining efficient work order and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Real Page Onesite.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; knowledge of building trades.
• LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance knowledge and budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites and standardize processes across sites.
• Train and mentor staff; assist with maintenance budgets and capital projects.
• Travel daily between properties; conduct quarterly inspections.
• Ensure safety standards and timely response to resident maintenance issues.
• Lead region-wide quarterly training and maintain work order inventories.
• Coordinate with property managers and vendors to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Assist with interviewing for maintenance positions when needed.
