Job summary

Fairway Management is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across multiple properties in the region. This hands-on role requires regular travel, staff coaching, budget support, and implementing company standards to deliver quality service.

You will lead training, coordinate capital projects, and ensure safety and compliance across LIHTC, HOME and Section 8 programs while maintaining strong resident relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification; HVAC troubleshooting 3+ years.
• Proficient with MS Office and Real Page Onesite; read blueprints.
• LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 knowledge and budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites; develop training programs; standardize processes across sites.
• Travel daily between properties with overnight stays as needed.
• Lead region-wide trainings for maintenance staff and assist with onboarding.
• Assist with maintenance budgets and capital projects; ensure safety compliance.
• Inspect properties for safety and security; manage vendor relationships.
