Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead hands-on maintenance across multiple properties in our region. The role includes training staff, managing budgets, coordinating capital projects, and conducting quarterly inspections to ensure safety and quality.

The position requires daily travel between properties, ability to lift up to 55 lb, and strong knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance. In-person, travel-heavy role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6+ years maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required; HVAC troubleshooting experience 3+ years.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Real Page Onesite.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance; budget planning.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; familiarity with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, manage vendors and capital projects.
• Ensure residents' maintenance issues are handled promptly and with proper follow-up.
• Travel daily with overnight stays as necessary.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections for properties within region.
• Assist with maintenance budgets and hiring/training on-site staff.
• Maintain systems for work orders, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, inventories, and readies.
