• 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory duties.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Real Page Onesite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites and standardize processes across all properties.
• Travel daily with overnight stays as necessary.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections for properties within region.
• Assist with maintenance budgets and capital projects.
• Lead training and mentoring of on-site staff.
• Participate in interviews for maintenance positions.
• Maintain safety, resident service, and vendor relationships.
