Signify is seeking a Regional Specification Sales Manager for a home-based role near Chicago or Minneapolis. This position leads a team of lighting agents, shapes market influence strategy, and ensures Signify/CLS products are embedded in project designs and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field essential.
4+ years of experience in specification sales or business development within the lighting or building technology industry.
Relevant professional certifications in lighting design is preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads, coaches, and motivates a team of lighting agents.
Defines the market influence strategy to position Signify/CLS as a thought leader in lighting design and technology.
Oversees specification activities to secure inclusion of Signify’s/CLS products in project designs and building standards.
Leads initiatives to identify and target key specifiers in relevant markets.
Identifies specification gaps and conducts voice of specifier interviews to feed back to the offers team.
