Job summary
Signify, the new company name of Philips Lighting, seeks a Senior Specification Sales/Business Development Leader in the United States. Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
- 4+ years of specification sales or business development in lighting/building technology.
- Experience leading technical teams and engaging stakeholders.
- Professional certifications in lighting design are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of lighting agents.
- Define market influence strategy to position Signify/CLS as thought leader.
- Set priorities for target segments and key design firms.
- Oversee specification activities for inclusion in project designs and tender documents.
- Build relationships with architects, lighting designers, and engineers.
- Represent Signify in design and specifier industry forums and associations.
