Signify, the world leader in lighting, is seeking a Regional Specification Sales Manager. This home-based role covers the Chicago, IL and Minneapolis, MN areas, leveraging Cooper Lighting Solutions as part of Signify to influence design, specifications, and projects.

You will lead a team of lighting agents, drive market strategy, build relationships with architects and designers, and translate specification needs into winning solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 4+ years in specification sales or business development within lighting or building tech.
• Leadership of technical teams and stakeholder engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of lighting agents.
• Define market influence strategy for Signify/CLS as a thought leader.
• Oversee specification activities in designs, tenders, and building standards.
• Build relationships with architects, lighting designers, and engineering consultants.
• Identify specification gaps and feedback to offer management for new products.
