- Experience leading technical teams and engaging stakeholders.
- Certifications in lighting design are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of lighting agents to drive customer excellence.
- Define market influence strategy and position Signify/CLS as a thought leader.
- Oversee specification activities in projects, tenders, and building standards.
- Maintain relationships with architects, lighting designers, and engineers; represent Signify in industry events.
- Identify specification gaps and provide feedback to develop new products and solutions.
