Signify is seeking a Regional Specification Sales Manager to lead specification sales activities in the Southeast United States, including Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi. This home-based role collaborates with Cooper Lighting Solutions to influence design and specify Signify products in projects.

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering or Architecture degree with 5+ years in lighting specification sales, plus experience leading technical teams and engaging stakeholders across architectural

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in specification sales or business development within the lighting or building technology industry, including leadership of technical teams and stakeholder engagement.
• Professional certifications in lighting design are preferred.
• Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 35%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of lighting agents.
• Define market influence strategy to position Signify/CLS as a thought leader in lighting design and technology.
• Oversee specification activities to secure inclusion of Signify's/CLS products in project designs and tender documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with key architects, lighting designers, and engineering consultants; represent Signify at industry forums and associations.
• Identify specification gaps, conduct voice-of-specifier interviews, and feed insights to offer management for new products and solutions.
