Job summary
Signify, the world leader in lighting, seeks a Regional Specification Sales Manager with home-based flexibility near Florida, Alabama, or Mississippi. You will lead a team of lighting agents, shape market strategy, and cultivate relationships with architects, designers, and engineers to drive design-in and project wins.
With ~5+ years in specification sales, you will analyze specifier needs, identify gaps, and influence product direction.
Qualifications
- ~5+ years of experience in specification sales or business development in the lighting/building tech industry.
- Experience leading technical teams and stakeholder engagement.
- Relevant professional certifications in lighting design preferred.
Responsibilities
- Leads, coaches, and motivates a team of lighting agents and drives market influence.
- Defines market strategy and prioritizes target segments and specifiers.
- Oversees specification activities to secure inclusion of Signify/CLS products.
- Builds strong relationships with architects, lighting designers and engineers.
- Identifies specification gaps and feeds feedback to develop new lighting products.
