Job summary

Signify, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, seeks a Regional Specification Sales Manager for a home-based role near Florida, Alabama, or Mississippi. Lead a team of lighting agents, drive specification activities, and advance Signify/CLS products in project designs and tender docs.

You will define market strategies for key design firms, specifiers, and architects while shaping innovative lighting solutions and sustainable design initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in specification sales or business development within lighting or building technology.
• Relevant professional certifications in lighting design are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of lighting agents and drive collaboration with project teams.
• Oversee specification activities to secure Signify/CLS product inclusion in designs and tender docs.
• Develop market influence strategies targeting key design firms, architects, and specifiers, and build strong relationships.
• Identify specifier needs, gather feedback, and inform product/solution development.
