Job summary

Signify in Miami, FL is seeking a leader in specification sales to drive market influence for lighting design and technology. You will lead a team of lighting agents, build relationships with architects and designers, and shape strategies that win specs and influence orders.

Requires 5+ years in specification sales/business development in lighting/building tech, with leadership of technical teams. Bachelor's or Master's in engineering/architecture, and US work authorization preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in specification sales or business development in lighting/building technology.
Lighting design certifications preferred.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Leads, coaches, and motivates a team of lighting agents focused on influence, innovation, and customer excellence.
Defines the market influence strategy to position Signify/CLS as a thought leader in lighting design and technology.
Oversees specification activities to secure inclusion of Signify’s/CLS products in project designs and tender documents.
Leads initiatives to identify and target key specifiers and builds relationships with architects and lighting designers.
Identifies specification gaps and provides feedback to offer management for new lighting products.
