Signify is seeking a Regional Specification Sales Manager to lead specification sales efforts from a home-based role near Florida, Alabama, or Mississippi. You will guide a team of lighting agents, shape market strategy, and build relationships with architects and specifiers to drive adoption of Signify/CLS solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration, thought leadership in lighting technology, and the shaping of design standards across projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in specification sales or business development in lighting or building tech.
• Experience leading technical teams and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
• Professional lighting design certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of lighting agents.
• Define market influence strategy to position Signify/CLS as a thought leader.
• Oversee specification activities in project designs, tender documents, and building standards.
• Identify target specifiers and build relationships with architects and lighting designers.
• Represent Signify at design forums, conferences, and industry associations.
• Identify specification gaps and provide feedback for new products.
