Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Life Wholesaler to promote life insurance products through broker networks across WA, OR, ID, UT, and CO. You will use a consultative sales approach to identify needs and propose solutions, while building strong distribution partnerships and delivering education on products and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 1–3 years of wholesaling experience, appropriate licenses, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in business, finance, communications or liberal arts preferred.
• FINRA licenses (Series 6/7, 63) and life/annuity licenses required; additional licenses may be needed.
• 1–3 years of internal/external wholesaling experience in financial services products.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, life insurance and investment concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage key distribution partner relationships within assigned territory.
• Support partners with face-to-face, webinars, virtual meetings and social posts.
• Analyze customer needs to recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Track territory activities and sales production against targets.
• Provide training on products, licensing, and sales processes.
