Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Learning Regional Manager to shape learning experiences and performance across multiple fulfillment centers. You will lead training initiatives, analyze performance data, and implement strategic L&D solutions to drive efficiency and development.

In this role, you will partner with senior leaders, coach site management, and develop reporting to measure training effectiveness. Travel between sites and collaboration with North America L&D colleagues are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Math, Engineering, Science or Business.
• Experience with Adult Learning Theory, virtual training delivery, and soft skills or technical training.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders at various levels within FC Ops.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance through analysis of metrics and deliver insights to leadership.
• Lead and optimize onboarding processes including trainer program management and training delivery.
• Develop and implement learning strategies to improve efficiency and associate development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive performance improvements through data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and enhance training effectiveness across processes and roles.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to site leadership on L&D best practices.
• Develop reporting to measure training impact and drive process improvements.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to translate pain-points into learning solutions.
