Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Learning Regional Manager to shape the learning experience and performance of fulfillment center associates across multiple sites in NA. You will analyze metrics, lead onboarding, and develop learning strategies to drive operational excellence in grocery operations.

The role requires collaborating with site leadership, coaching managers, auditing orientations, and ensuring ambassador programs run smoothly across locations, with travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience focus on Adult Learning Theory, including virtual training facilitation and delivering Soft Skills or Technical training.
• Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
• Experience in FCs field Ops settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance through analysis of metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead and optimize onboarding processes, including trainer program management and training delivery.
• Develop and implement learning strategies to improve operational efficiency and associate development.
