Job summary
Amazon is seeking a Learning Regional Manager to shape learning experiences and performance for fulfillment center associates across multiple sites in NA. You will lead training initiatives, analyze metrics and implement L&D strategies to boost efficiency and talent development.
This role requires strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and cross-site collaboration with Grocery Fulfillment Centers and related stations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Adult Learning Theory and virtual training facilitation.
- Experience delivering Soft Skills, Technology Skills and/or Technical or other Systems training.
- Experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels of an organization.
- Experience in FCs field Operations settings.
Responsibilities
- Drive learning strategies to improve operational efficiency and associate development.
- Lead onboarding processes, trainer program management and training delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership teams.
- Develop reporting mechanisms to measure training effectiveness across sites.
- Coach and mentor site leadership on learning and development best practices.
