Job summary

Prime Now LLC - E78 is looking for a Learning Regional Manager to shape the learning experience for our fulfillment center associates. You will analyze performance, lead onboarding, and develop strategies to improve efficiency across multiple sites.

You will coach managers, partner with senior leadership, and drive data-driven decisions while traveling between sites to elevate learning and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with Adult Learning Theory and virtual training facilitation.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders at varied levels.
• Experience in FCs field Operations settings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead onboarding processes and training delivery at scale.
• Develop and implement learning strategies to improve efficiency.
• Coach site leadership on learning and development best practices.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive data-driven improvements.
