Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Learning Regional Manager to shape the learning experience and performance of fulfillment center associates across multiple sites. You will lead training initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategic L&D solutions while traveling between locations.

The role requires coaching managers, auditing onboarding, and ensuring ambassador programs run smoothly. Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in Adult Learning Theory, including virtual training facilitation and delivering soft/technical training.
• Experience in stakeholder management across varied organizational levels.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience making data-driven business decisions and analyzing metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance through analysis of metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead and optimize onboarding processes, including trainer program management and delivery.
• Develop and implement learning strategies to improve ops efficiency and associate development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive improvements through data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and enhance training effectiveness across processes and roles.
