Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Learning Regional Manager to shape the learning experience and drive performance of our fulfillment center associates. You will lead training initiatives, analyze metrics, and implement strategic L&D solutions across multiple sites.

The role requires partnering with senior leadership, coaching managers, overseeing onboarding programs, and developing reporting that measures training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in Adult Learning Theory with virtual training delivery.
• Experience delivering soft skills and technical training.
• Experience with stakeholder management across multiple levels.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance through data analysis and actionable insights.
• Lead and optimize onboarding processes and trainer program management.
• Develop and implement learning strategies to improve efficiency and development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive performance improvements via data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and enhance training effectiveness across processes and roles.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to site leadership on L&D best practices.
• Develop reporting to measure training effectiveness for assurance and improvement.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to translate pain-points into solutions.
• Demonstrate strong people management and learning facilitation skills.
