Job summary

Amazon seeks a Learning Regional Manager to shape the learning experience and performance of fulfillment center associates across multiple sites. You will lead training initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and implement L&D solutions to drive operational excellence.

This role requires frequent travel between Grocery Fulfillment Centers and SSD-G sites, coaching managers, auditing onboarding, and partnering with senior leadership to drive improvements globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Math, Engineering, Science or Business.
• Experience in Adult Learning Theory, including virtual training facilitation and remote teams.
• Experience in stakeholder management across varied organizational levels.
• Experience in FCs (fulfillment centers) field operations settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance through analysis of metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead and optimize new hire onboarding, including trainer program management and delivery.
• Develop and implement learning strategies to improve efficiency and development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive performance improvements via data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and enhance training effectiveness across processes and roles.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to site leadership on L&D best practices.
• Develop reporting to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements.
