Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Learning Regional Manager to shape learning experiences and drive performance for fulfillment center associates across multiple sites in California. You will lead onboarding, develop strategies, and partner with senior leaders to implement data‑driven L&D initiatives.

The role requires traveling between Bloomington, Corona, Gardena, Irvine, Los Angeles, San Diego, Simi Valley, Vernon and other sites, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and associate development

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Math, Engineering, Science or Business.
Experience in adult learning theory, virtual training, and remote teams delivery.
Experience managing stakeholders at varied levels and FCs field ops settings.

Responsibilities

Drive performance through deep metric analysis and actionable insights for leadership.
Lead onboarding programs, trainer program management and training delivery.
Develop and implement learning strategies to improve efficiency and development.
Partner with senior leadership to drive data‑driven performance improvements.
Monitor training effectiveness across processes and roles; report on results.
Coach site leadership on learning and development best practices.
Create reporting mechanisms to measure training impact and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders on priorities and learning solutions.
Demonstrate strong people management and learning facilitation skills.
Work across Grocery Fulfillment Centers and Sub Same Day-Grocery stations.
