Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Learning Regional Manager to shape learning experiences and performance of fulfillment center associates across multiple sites. You will lead training, analyze metrics, and implement strategic L&D solutions, traveling between sites to drive improvements.

You will coach managers, develop onboarding and ambassador programs, and partner with senior leadership to translate execution pain-points into learning solutions that raise performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with Adult Learning Theory and remotes teams.
• Experience delivering Soft Skills and Technical training.
• Experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels.
• Proven track record of data-driven decision making and metrics analysis.
• Experience in FCs field Ops settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance through data-driven insights for leadership.
• Lead onboarding processes, including trainer program management and delivery.
• Develop and implement learning strategies to improve efficiency and development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive performance improvements with data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and enhance training effectiveness across processes and roles.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to site leadership on L&D best practices.
• Develop reporting to measure training effectiveness for assurance and improvement.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to translate issues into learning solutions.
• Demonstrate strong people management and learning facilitation skills.
