Job summary

Amazon seeks a Regional Learning Manager in Grocery Shared Field to drive training and development across multiple Fulfillment Centers and stations. You will analyze performance metrics, lead onboarding, and implement scalable learning programs to boost operational efficiency and talent growth.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, coach managers, and ensure learning initiatives align with global standards. Frequent travel across sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adult Learning Theory and virtual training delivery.
• Proven ability to deliver soft skills and technical training.
• Proficient stakeholder management across multiple levels.
• Experience in Fulfillment Centers or field Operations settings.

Responsibilities
