Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Learning Regional Manager to shape learning experiences for fulfillment center associates. You will lead training initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and implement L&D solutions across multiple sites in NA, including CA locations like Simi Valley.

You will coach leaders, manage onboarding programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence in grocery operations. Travel across sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience focusing on Adult Learning Theory, including virtual training facilitation and remote teams.
• Experience delivering Soft Skills, Technology Skills and/or Technical or other Systems training.
• Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels.
• Experience in FCs field Ops settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive site performance through analysis of metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Lead and optimize onboarding, including trainer program management and training delivery.
• Develop and implement learning strategies to improve efficiency and development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive performance improvements via data-driven decisions.
• Monitor training effectiveness across processes and roles and report results.
• Provide coaching to site leadership on learning and development best practices.
• Develop reporting mechanisms to measure training effectiveness and support process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to translate pain points into learning solutions.
