Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Regional Manager to lead multi-location hospitality operations, traveling between sites to drive performance and guest experience. You will coach General Managers, implement sales initiatives, and uphold superior service standards across the portfolio.

A strong, communicative leader with at least 3+ years in multi-unit leadership and a preferred Bachelor's in Business Administration or Marketing will thrive.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a multi unit leadership role with a full-service concept.
• Demonstrated success overseeing a minimum of 8 locations and developing talent internally
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing strongly preferred
• Strong background with performance management, financial acumen and problem-solving
• Results-driven leadership style with a focus on hospitality excellence

Responsabilités

• Travel frequently to assigned locations to provide visibility and determine areas of business needing improvement.
• Staff, coach, and develop General Managers and their teams.
