Goodwin Recruiting is sourcing a Director of Operations for a respected restaurant group. The role oversees multiple locations to drive profitability, guest satisfaction and growth while shaping leadership culture across the organization.

Qualified candidates have 4–5+ years in McDonald’s multi-unit leadership, strong P&L and cost controls, and a proven track record in developing leaders. A robust compensation package supports career advancement within the franchise network.

Qualificações

• 4–5+ years of McDonald’s multi-unit leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple restaurants and sizable leadership teams.
• Strong command of P&L performance, labor, food cost control, staffing, guest experience and standards.
• Deep understanding of McDonald’s systems, corporate expectations and operating standards.
• Track record of developing managers, multi-unit leaders, and future talent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations.
• Analyze P&L statements, sales trends and key metrics to drive profitability.
• Develop and execute business plans to meet objectives.
• Coach and mentor managers to build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, cleanliness, service and standards.
• Conduct site visits, reviews and performance evaluations.
• Partner with ownership on budgeting and forecasting.
• Support recruiting, retention and talent development initiatives.
• Promote a culture focused on guest satisfaction and team engagement.
