Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant management or regional management
• Experience leading teams to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
• P&L management, budgeting, forecasting experience
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of restaurant industry and sales strategies

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share across assigned restaurant locations
• Collaborate with general managers to set targets, analyze trends, and create actionable plans to exceed goals
• Mentor and coach management teams on effective sales techniques and customer engagement
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and delivery of exceptional guest experiences
• Support each location’s local marketing efforts and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and customer loyalty
• Monitor financial performance and provide guidance to improve profitability, including turnaround strategies for underperforming units
