Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Regional Manager for Corporate Restaurants to drive sales and growth across multiple company-owned locations. You will lead regional teams, shape strategic initiatives, and mentor managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes financial acumen with P&L oversight, budgeting, and forecasting, along with frequent travel to oversee regional operations and visit restaurants. A strong background in restaurant leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant management or regional management with a focus on driving sales and business growth.
• Strong background in leading teams to achieve sales targets and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share across assigned restaurant locations.
• Collaborate with general managers to set targets, analyze trends, and create actionable plans to exceed goals.
• Mentor and coach management teams on effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Support each location’s local marketing efforts and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and customer loyalty.
• Monitor financial performance and provide guidance to improve profitability, including turnaround strategies for underperforming units.
