Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Key Account Manager for Bone Health to manage strategic accounts in Jacksonville, Tallahassee, and Gainesville, FL. You will work within a matrix team to optimize sales performance, build strong customer relationships, and promote Amgen products in key hospital and clinic settings.

The role requires proven account management experience in healthcare sales, strong collaboration across functions, and a track record of delivering results in complex payer environments.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Master's degree with 4+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of sales or account management experience.
• 3+ years of account management and/or public payor experience.

Responsibilities

• Key account strategic lead: develops and executes market strategies to reach access-challenged providers and accounts.
• Amgen Bone Health contracting point and negotiations support.
• Leads contract delivery, business reviews and performance tracking.
• Coordinates with GPOs and large Rheumatology networks.
• Acts as lead for post-fracture care initiatives and drives portfolio performance analysis.
• Provides field intelligence and recommendations to Amgen home office.
