Job summary

Molecular Devices, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern US to lead a high-performing account management team and drive revenue growth in life sciences, government installations, biotech, and pharma.

This remote role covers from Maine to North Carolina and requires 7+ years in life-sciences sales plus 3+ years of people leadership; you will forecast, coach, and collaborate across Danaher teams to deliver solutions and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related Life Sciences discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of industry sales experience in life sciences.
• At least 3 years of people management in sales.
• Ability to apply adult learning theory and leadership development.
• Experience using metrics and KPIs to identify gaps and countermeasures.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and regional market share for Eastern NA.
• Develop high-performing account management team.
• Represent Molecular Devices at industry events.
• Collaborate with Danaher cross-OPCO teams to meet customer needs.
• Provide weekly forecasts and approve quotes.
• Support product development through kaizen events.
