Job summary

Molecular Devices, a Danaher operating company, seeks a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive all sales activities for the Bioresearch platform, including instrumentation, software, and services, across the assigned territory.

You will build strong relationships with life sciences, government, pharma and academic labs, perform demonstrations and training, support installations, and forecast performance while collaborating with distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required
• Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in life sciences or related field preferred
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word; Salesforce.com CRM experience helpful

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory revenue goals for the Bioresearch platform using direct and distribution channels
• Prospect for new customers and opportunities; minimum 3 days in the field in-territory
• Maintain accurate data in SFDC and manage sales opportunities
• Perform demonstrations, training, installations and post-sale support for equipment and software
• Generate forecasts and lead-generation activities; coordinate with partners and teams
