Job summary

The 20 LLC is seeking a Regional Service Technician to join our nationwide IT services team. You will diagnose and repair issues across workstations, servers, and networks, delivering on-site and remote support to clients in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires hands-on hardware experience, strong Windows OS knowledge, and the ability to follow SOPs and KPI targets while documenting work and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware assembly, disassembly, maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and major software suites (Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with antivirus, security and firewall technologies; install and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues involving workstations, devices, OS, software and servers.
• Provide on-site and remote support with thorough documentation and follow-up.
• Prioritize tickets following SOPs and KPI targets.
• Troubleshoot desktop issues, VPN connectivity, hardware failures and business apps.
• Perform hardware repair, maintenance and security tasks.
• Install, configure software including OS, antivirus and office suites.
• Back up data and perform system restores as needed to maintain functionality.
• Test solutions for accuracy and document work; provide health recommendations.
