Job summary

The 20 LLC is a premier Managed Service Provider delivering enterprise-class IT services to businesses nationwide. We are seeking a Regional Service Technician to diagnose and resolve issues across workstations, networks, and servers both remotely and on-site, serving Bozeman, MT with occasional travel.

You will work as a bench tech and field technician, handling hardware, software, and networking tasks with a focus on reliability, documentation, and customer communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with hardware assembly, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and major software suites.
• Familiarity with antivirus, security, and firewall technologies.
• Working knowledge of business networking incl. Active Directory and file sharing.
• Solid troubleshooting across OS, hardware, and network issues.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues with workstations, devices, OS, software, hardware, and servers.
• Provide onsite and remote support with documentation and follow-up.
• Prioritize tickets and follow SOPs to meet KPI goals.
• Troubleshoot desktop, VPN, and basic server issues.
• Perform hardware repair, maintenance, and security tasks.
