Job summary

Amazon seeks an IT Support Associate II to support operations facilities across a defined geographical area, resolving technical problems and supporting IT infrastructure. You will be part of a fast-paced team delivering reliable service to Amazon Operations customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining IT equipment, handling support requests, training new hires, and continuously learning new technologies while traveling regionally to support our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
