Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team with resolving technical problems across Amazon Operations facilities in a defined geographic area. The role emphasizes reliability, learning, and hands-on support while enabling career development within the company.

You will work from various facilities, provide support across Windows, Mac, or Linux environments, and engage in training of new hires.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems support experience or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continuously learning of new technologies.
• Supporting customers across multiple buildings and remote locations.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
• Travel within local/regional area to support customers.
