Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team with resolving technical issues across Amazon Operations facilities in a defined geographic area. You will participate in career development opportunities and progress within Amazon.

You’ll support Windows, Mac, or Linux systems, handle diverse support requests, train new hires, and continuously learn new technologies while serving customers locally and remotely within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems support experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
