Job summary

Telecare Corporation in Stockton, CA is seeking a Regional IT Support Analyst to deliver hardware, software, and network assistance across multiple sites. You will troubleshoot issues, lead small IT projects, and support start-up/move activities within the region.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT support, strong Windows and Microsoft product knowledge, and the ability to travel within a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum undergraduate degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related technology field.
• Credential from college, professional, or trade school reflecting IT background.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience working as an IT Support Analyst.
• Ability to troubleshoot multifaceted problems.
• Ability to provide Project Lead or Project Management support for small or medium sized cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to stay calm, be organized, take initiative, and work independently.
• Expert knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft products with years of experience (>5 years).
• Expert troubleshooting of OS, application, and network issues.
• Willingness to travel within a defined territory.
• Must meet local policies and have valid driver’s license with vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides regional IT support to address project and operational demands.
• Offers high-impact IT solutioning to address short-term, high-value program needs.
• Provides on-site IT troubleshooting and break/fix support for high-priority issues.
• Supports regional start-up/move activities.
• Engages with IT project teams and develops subject matter expertise on key systems.
• Provides regional project support, deployment, training, and post go-live troubleshooting.
