Job summary

Invitation Homes seeks a Regional Technology Analyst I to deliver hands-on desktop, network, and infrastructure support across a regional footprint. This role mainly supports the West Coast and may assist other regions as needed.

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot office tech, manage devices, and coordinate deployments with multiple IT teams. Travel and occasional after-hours work are required; an associate degree or 3–4 years of experience and certifications such as CompTIA A+,

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft 365 or ITIL are preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple offices or distributed locations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site desktop, network, and infrastructure support across the region.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot office technology, devices, and collaboration tools.
• Coordinate deployments, moves, and technology projects with facilities and regional teams.
• Support after-hours maintenance, incidents, and major IT projects as needed.
• Assist regional teams during outages and staffing needs.
