Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries seeks an IT Technician to join our on-site team in Red Bluff, California. You will support IT operations nationwide, troubleshoot issues by phone or remote tools, and ensure a positive user experience.

The role requires hands-on PC, printer, and network support, with a focus on Windows environments, Azure/AD, and business software. We offer health benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Two years’ computer and network problem-solving experience (commercial/large network environment a plus).
• Knowledge of Windows Desktop, Server operating systems, Microsoft Azure, and Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Exchange.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.

Responsibilities

• Actively support the company IT operations across the U.S. with solid PC and network knowledge.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues by phone or remote tools.
• Communicate with users to provide positive results and good user experience.
• Build, diagnose, and repair PCs, laptops, and printers.
• Manage an inventory of computer components and supplies.
