Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Regional Technology Analyst I to provide hands-on technology support across offices in the West Coast and beyond. You will serve as a regional liaison between Service Desk, IT Infrastructure, Security, and telecom teams.

Responsibilities include on-site and remote support, network and hardware deployment, conference-room tech, and office openings. Occasional after-hours work and travel within the region are expected.

Qualifications

• This role requires advanced desktop and network/infrastructure support experience across multiple offices.
• An associate degree or 3–4 years of equivalent experience is preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft 365, and ITIL are favored.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional remote and on-site technology support for offices across the assigned region.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and mobile issues; guide junior staff.
• Assist with infrastructure equipment deployments, office tech, and conference rooms.
• Support office openings, relocations, and technology deployments.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, Security and regional leaders on long-term fixes.
