Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-7 years of progressive experience plus 2 years of managerial experience in field services or IT operations.
• Experience coordinating regional IT service delivery across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Field Service Managers across campuses and regions.
• Ensures adherence to enterprise field service standards, policies, and SLAs.
• Acts as escalation point for regional operational issues and incidents.
• Collaborates with enterprise Field Service leadership to align regional initiatives with goals.
• Analyzes regional service performance metrics and drives improvements.
• Provides mentorship, coaching, and performance management for site managers.
• Partners with IT leadership, vendors, and stakeholders to support service delivery and tech initiatives.
• Leads planning and execution of large-scale regional deployments and projects.
