Job summary

Exyte seeks a Regional IT Operations Manager to assure delivery, performance, and governance of Corporate IT services across the assigned region. You will be the regional liaison between business stakeholders, IT site managers, product owners, and external providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

You will drive operational excellence, manage incidents, track KPIs, and lead regional budgeting and cost validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in IT operations, service management or delivery in global enterprises.
• Proven experience leading distributed IT teams and vendor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, governance, and service performance.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional IT service delivery across sites to ensure excellence.
• Provide leadership for IT Site Managers and align priorities.
• Manage escalations, major incidents, and persistent issues.
• Monitor KPI performance, risks, capacity, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate regional IT projects and budget validation with partners.
