Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Manager to lead regional End User Services and enterprise-scale IT projects. You will drive project delivery, vendor oversight, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams, including Passport reviews and planning activities.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in IT project management, strong leadership, and a track record of coordinating large, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of relevant IT project management experience.
• Experience leading regional field service delivery teams for enterprise-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage End User Services environments and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of IT professionals delivering End User Services.
• Oversee vendor relationships and outside service providers.
• Plan and execute IT projects to refresh software/hardware and align with business goals.
• Coordinate with Digital teams to manage service levels and outsourcing agreements.
• Lead cross-functional governance and Passport review activities.
